Questions

Still wondering.

Honest answers to the things people ask most. Can’t find yours? Write us.

What’s a credit?

Credits power everything you do in Aethera, consumed automatically as you chat or run agents. Heavier models and longer agent runs use more credits than lighter, shorter ones. Your daily and monthly balance always shows in the app, so you can pace yourself.

Will the agent run tools I didn’t approve?

No. Every tool call shows you what the agent is about to do, in which connected account, before it runs. You can auto-approve trusted tools and block others entirely.

Do you train on my data?

No. Your prompts, files and connected accounts are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Which models are included?

Every paid model from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Grok and DeepSeek, plus their reasoning variants. Switch models mid-conversation, or pin a specific model to any project.

What happens if a model breaks or gets retired?

Every model is gated by our internal eval harness before it ships, and we monitor for regressions on every PR. When a provider quietly retires a model or changes its behavior, our harness catches it before your chats do.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. One click in settings. You keep access through the end of your billing cycle, and everything you made stays readable on the Free plan.

Is there a team plan?

Yes. Aethera for Teams adds shared workspaces, organization-level connectors and seat-based billing. Learn about Teams
